There are so many benefits to a vegan lifestyle. Beyond alleviating animal suffering and decreasing our environmental footprint, adopting a plant-based diet can lead to a high boost in fitness while reducing the risk of many different diseases. We are also aware that there are many of us who have wheat allergy, gluten sensitivity or intolerance, or celiac disease. We believe that everyone who comes into our cafes should be comfortable and satisfied with the selections we have on our menu––no one should feel like they need to leave because there’s nothing for them.
THE ALL VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE sandwiches are two of the more obvious examples of what the new menu will provide. The ALL VEGAN consists of toasted everything bagel, veganaise, tempeh patty, firm tofu patty, vegan cheddar cheese, and tccp greens. And the Gluten-free will have egg white patty, tccp salsa, pepper jack cheese, Sabrosa salsa, tccp greens, toasted gluten-free bagel and avocado––all excellent choices for high protein, antioxidants, and healthy fats.
